Go Find Real North Carolina Gold.
Spend a morning in a real creek learning how prospectors read water, identify promising material, recover gold, and work a pan. This isn't a demonstration — you're doing the prospecting.
This is what prospecting actually feels like.
You'll get into the creek, learn where gold tends to settle, move material, work with real prospecting equipment, and pan down what you've collected. The goal is more than finding a few flakes — it's teaching you enough that you start looking at a creek differently.
Real Creek
Learn in moving water where naturally occurring North Carolina gold is actually found.
Real Equipment
Use the tools and techniques prospectors rely on instead of a staged tourist pan.
Hands-On Teaching
Learn why you're digging a spot, not just where someone tells you to dig.
