Eureka Gold Panning is built for adventurers, families, camps, schools, and anyone who still believes there is treasure hiding beneath the water. We bring the gear, the grit, and the gold rush experience.
Mobile gem mining • Gold panning • Creek adventures • Veteran owned
Our mobile mining cart turns your school, YMCA, camp, church, festival, or backyard into a hands-on treasure hunt with flowing water, mining baskets, gemstones, and gold-rush energy.
A high-energy rotation activity where kids mine for gemstones, learn a little geology, and leave with treasure they found themselves.
Geology, minerals, density, water movement, and North Carolina mining history wrapped inside a hands-on adventure kids actually remember.
Perfect for kids, families, neighborhoods, churches, scouts, and anyone who wants something more memorable than another bounce house.
The setup is designed to be rugged, clean, and self-contained. No extension cords running across the ground. No garden hose required. Just a rolling gold-rush experience that can show up almost anywhere.
We bring the mobile mining cart, water system, baskets, mining material, and setup gear.
Participants wash mining material through baskets using flowing water and old-school technique.
Gemstones, minerals, fossils, shark teeth, pirate treasure, or themed finds can be included.
Every miner leaves with their finds and the feeling that they struck treasure.
Packages can be adjusted for group size, age range, event length, and theme.
Birthdays, homeschool groups, scout troops, and backyard adventures.
Best fit for YMCA, schools, churches, libraries, and organized youth programs.
For community days, parks, HOA events, fairs, and family festivals.
For families and adults who want the real thing: creek reading, panning, classifiers, bedrock, black sands, and learning how heavy material moves through North Carolina waterways.
Hands-on panning and creek-reading instruction. Learn where gold and heavy minerals settle, how to classify material, and how to work a pan with confidence.
A more physical field session focused on bedrock, crevices, high-density material, black sands, and processing tactics for people who want the real grind.
Hey, I’m Michael.
Eureka Gold Panning was built around the moment someone finds something with their own hands. Whether it is a gemstone in a mining basket or color in a pan, that discovery sticks.
My background in the USMC taught me discipline, patience, and how to keep grinding when things get hard. I bring that same mindset to Eureka: real gear, real setup, clean presentation, and a hands-on experience people remember.
The goal is simple: bring mining, geology, history, and outdoor adventure to people who may never get the chance to stand in a creek or visit a mine.
Pay dirt bags, gemstone buckets, stickers, field gear, and Eureka goods are in the works. For now, reach out below if you want to be first in line when the shop opens.
